Hello, I am so happy you are here :) Wherever you are in your journey I believe that therapy can be the greatest home-coming of one’s life. Finding our way back to self-trust and self-worth is one of the most rewarding outcomes of therapy. We are not meant to heal in isolation, we all need someone to witness us and hold space for us and I would be honored to be that person for you! My approach is always warm, gentle, authentic, and collaborative.
I typically work with adults recovering from mal-adaptive coping mechanisms and dysfunctional patterns in relationships and in daily living. I specialize in helping those in recovery from addiction/alcoholism/love addiction, disordered eating, codependency, dysfunctional family systems and those with attachment wounds. Additionally, I am a certified yoga instructor which has helped guide my therapeutic practice. I believe in our bodies natural ability to heal and the strength that comes from reconnecting there.
I utilize a trauma informed lens while drawing from; CBT, DBT, Somatic therapy, Psychotherapy, IFS, and more. Yet, I mainly use an eclectic approach in order to meet your individual needs.

My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and other evidence-based methods. This blend allows us to work at your pace, addressing both the emotional and physiological layers of your experience, so you can move toward a more peaceful, authentic relationship with yourself and others.
I offer coaching to those who are looking for a more directive and less formal approach. This is a space where we can workshop life goals, interpersonal relationship skills and dreams about your future. This is an excellent option for those seeking support in navigating life with the guidance of a compassionate and experienced professional. (sliding scale payment options available)
